Our Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your AthletiPack. If the pack doesn't work for you or you need a different color/pattern, you can exchange or return your order. We offer free exchanges and returns.
In order to begin your return or exchange, please note the following:
- Your items must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition.
- Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your original order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds that do not meet these criteria.

Our Lifetime Warranty
We proudly offer a lifetime warranty. We think you should only have to buy one bag--for life. That's why we're happy to guarantee our products by repairing or replacing any defective items at no additional cost.
Our lifetime warranty covers the following issues:
- Broken zippers
- Faulty snaps or other hardware
- Other manufacturing defects
The following issues are not covered by our warranty:
- Gashes, scratches or punctures
- Natural wear and tear
If you encounter any of the above issues, please contact us by sending an email to trent@athletipack.net. In your email, please include a clear photo and description of the problem. Once our team reviews your request, we will evaluate how to best resolve the issue.
